I am going backpacking in Costa Rica in a couple of weeks. I am extremely fair and burn in the sun we have here in Wisconsin! This will be my first exposure to the sun after a long winter, and I want to MAKE SURE I am super protected so I don’t burn. I know I need to get a high SPF, but I’m wondering if anyone out there can recommend a great sunscreen brand that will work very well, I’d greatly appreciate it.

It’s for their noses, they’ve got very pink noses.

My sister has very thin hair, and is always getting burned on the top of her head. Is there a shampoo out there that has spf in it, and can it be found at someplace that is not a salon?
