A video on sunscreens has been the most popular request on my website so here it is! As I said in my skincare routine video when I promised to make a stand alone sunscreen film, sunscreen is very dear to my heart as I have suffered from pigmentation so I’m extra careful. I can’t speak for all as everyone’s skin type, lifestyle and needs are different so I’ve made this video very much about my personal favourites. I’ve tried many different ones over the years and taken lots of advice from dermatologists and scientists I’ve worked with and these are the products I’ve had the most success with. Sunscreens are not just for holidays by the beach they are for everyday. Damage is accumulative, so you don’t even realize it’s happening when you are shopping and walking around town in the lovely bright sunshine.
